She is Maxine Fredericks.
She is a former PE teacher, and according to FOX5 Atlanta, this mother of five can do 150 push-ups in and 100 sit-ups! In fact, that said routine is just her stretching exercises at 5 AM!
Maxine’s health journey started when she was 59 years old. When the doctor diagnosed her with the early stages of osteoporosis, or bone loss, FOX5 Atlanta added.
Maxine is turning 71 on December and wishes to become a centenarian, to reach 120 years old, specifically.
Maxine, we wish you all the best! You’re truly inspiring! Indeed, age has nothing to do with being healthy.
