Mommies out there know how hard it is to shed the extra pounds gained during pregnancy. After giving birth, your belly could get saggy with your arms and legs still a bit bloated from all the food you’ve eaten while carrying your baby. Keaira LaShae created a dance routine that helped her lose weight only a few months after giving birth.
